Hitachi Vantara in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Resource Center Analyst to provide first-line technical support to customers, resolving issues and escalating where needed to minimize disruption.

The role requires 1–3 years in tech support, strong Linux/Windows knowledge, AD and basic networking, and fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll document interactions, follow SLAs, and collaborate with senior staff to drive faster resolutions.
