Motorola Solutions in Guadalajara is seeking a General Supply Planner to coordinate and optimize international supplier flows, analyze forecasts, manage raw material allocations, and balance inventory to support seamless factory operations.

You will bridge Sales, Business Operations and global DCs, translating demand plans into reliable build plans and using ERP/MRP tools to improve supplier performance and drive continuous improvement. A hybrid work setup in Zapopan is available.
