POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst DIVISION: Industrial Solutions Division (ISD) REPORTING TO TITLE: Supply Chain and Sales Administration Manager WORKSTYLE DESIGNATION: Hybrid (remote: Tuesdays and Thursdays)

POSITION SUMMARY

Under supervision, coordinate supply chain functions including, but not limited to, communication with customers/suppliers and processing of orders, forecast, RMA's, billings, invoices and logistics/trade related items. Work with warehouse on daily shipments and inventory control. Maintain customer/supplier accounts and pricing data in SAP. Assist with month end close.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Customer service/Inside sales.
- Order entry, forecast, logistics planning, billing, RMA's, other defective product related issues.
- Work with sales managers to coordinate product implementation from trial (PPAP) to mass production.




- Monitor open backlog and accounts receivable, make collection calls on any past due payments, resolve price discrepancies, short payments/overpayments.
- Calculate and process forecast for multiple products.
- Process trade sales orders and purchase orders to domestic/international suppliers based on customer firm orders.
- Process supplier invoices, work with vendor for any discrepancies.
- Process daily shipments/related documents and coordinate logistics for/with domestic/international customers and suppliers.
- Provide shipping instructions and related documents to suppliers/warehouse.
- Accurate and timely pricing and parts management in SAP
- Processing of trade/operating expense invoices
- Assist with month end closing and account (customer/supplier/accrual) maintenance.
- File maintenance
- New customer/supplier applications
- Trade compliance: Assist manager with new part
