Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the fleet sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet vertical, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their challenges and goals, providing customized solutions that align with their objectives.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Solera's products and services,



effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, using data-driven insights and market analysis to guide decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and client feedback, providing regular reports to management on performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting strategies and approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients in the fleet vertical.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the fleet or automotive industry.
