KION Group is building a new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico, to support general IT transformations. The ServiceNow Developer will contribute to IT Services delivered by KION Group IT and collaborate with the Platform Global Team on configuration, integration, and enhancements.
The role requires experience in ServiceNow deployments, ITSM/CSM, and working with international teams. English fluency is required; German is a plus.
