Job Overview
As Senior Sales Execution Manager,
you will lead the execution strategy across all channels in the Southeast region of Mexico, driving P&G;’s in-store superiority and strengthening the company’s presence across more than 1,000 stores. This role combines field leadership, commercial planning, stakeholder management, and team development. You will manage a team of nine Business Territory Associates and one additional team member, serving as a key link between Commercial and Category teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of nine Business Territory Associates and one additional team member, establishing clear objectives and supporting strong performance.
- Direct in-store execution across all channels in the Southeast region, ensuring consistent implementation of commercial strategies and standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through negotiation, influence, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Identify business opportunities during field
