Responsabilidades:
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs (ventas, UPT, conversión, ticket promedio, etc.)
- Apoyar en la ejecución de estrategias comerciales y visual merchandising
- Garantizar estándares operativos y de servicio
- Gestionar incidencias operativas y administrativas

¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia previa como Supervisor, Key Holder o Assistant Manager en retail
- Liderazgo, enfoque a resultados y habilidades de comunicación
- Disponibilidad de horario (incluye fines de semana)
- Pasión por el servicio al cliente y trabajo en equipo
