About the Role

We are seeking an Corporate Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate key site operations. In this role, you will oversee administrative processes, manage budgets and vendor activities, support facilities and employee engagement initiatives,



and serve as a trusted partner to site leadership. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and a positive employee experience while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

As anCorporate Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and performing a broad range of administrative services to support organizational and site operations.
- Preparing reports, presentations, communications, manuals, and other documentation required by management.
- Supervising the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Managing administrative processes including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, supplier payments, and related documentation.
- Monitoring site expenses, supporting budget preparation, and tracking budget performance against targets.
