To build our first team at our brand-new location in Guadalajara, Mexico, we are looking for a dedicated Office & People Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join us on-site in a full-time position. You will play a central role in shaping the local workspace, supporting our growing team, and establishing a seamless connection with our central functions.

Your Tasks
• You set up our new location from scratch and actively drive the evaluation and selection of our new office space

• You collaborate closely with legal advisors, accounting partners, our CEO, the finance team, and People & Culture to lay the structural foundation for operations

• You manage the reception area, office inventory, administrative duties, and external service providers as the primary point of contact once the office infrastructure is established

• You serve as the local contact person for benefits, vacation days, technical equipment, and recruiting support to pass on the Appsfactory mindset and best integrate new colleagues

• You handle cross-team assistant tasks, organize feelgood management initiatives and team events, and ensure smooth onboarding in coop
