We're looking for a Travel Concierge who is passionate about crafting seamless travel experiences and delivering high-quality client service. You will be the trusted expert behind every journey, using AI-powered tools to research and recommend hotels, coordinating logistics across platforms, and communicating directly with travelers via WhatsApp to make every trip feel effortless and personal.
You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)

~100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
~ This role requires availability on a Saturday through Wednesday schedule with consistent coverage from 6 AM Saturday through 8 AM Monday US Eastern Time
~ Work in the luxury travel and hospitality space with access to premium brands and destinations
~ Client Engagement and Support
Chat with travelers via WhatsApp to understand their preferences and deliver personalized recommendations
Respond quickly and thoughtfully to incoming inquiries with initial responses landing within 10 to 20 minutes during your shift




Research and recommend hotels, restaurants, and attractions using AI tools and reliable online sources
Coordinate hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel logistics across multiple booking platforms
Content and Destination Curation
Write and curate destination guides and travel recommendations that blend editorial polish with practical, on-the-ground insight
Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight exceptional hotels and destinations for social content
Think fast and find creative solutions when plans shift due to flight delays, cancellations, or unexpected changes
Exceptional written English with clarity, warmth, and professionalism in every message
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Slack, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Docs, and booking platforms
Fast but thoughtful with the ability to balance responsiveness and quality under pressure
Available to work a Saturday through Wednesday schedule
