As CI&T; expands its data practice into new markets, we are looking for an experienced Master Data Architect to take technical ownership of a data modernization engagement for a new client. The Master Data Architect will guide a multidisciplinary team through the full lifecycle of data products — from design through deployment — while balancing foundational technical work with the delivery of incremental, measurable business value. Success in this position depends on the ability to navigate between technical and business priorities, translate client needs into practical solutions, and maintain close alignment with CI&T;'s broader data practice.
Technical Leadership :



Lead the team technically, enabling data scientists and data developers to build, enhance, and maintain data products across the engagement.
Architecture & Design : Participate in design and architecture discussions, defining solutions that follow security and performance best practices.
Data Assessment : Participate in data assessments and complex data modernization engagements, identifying priorities that deliver incremental value.
Practice Connection : Maintain direct connection with CI&T;'s data practice, contributing to and drawing on shared expertise across projects and clients.
Multi‐market Delivery : Work across a variety of projects, clients, and subject‐matter domains in coordination with teams in Mexico, North America, Brazil, and other Latin American countries.
Advanced/Fluent English (C1 or above)
Advanced/Fluent Spanish (C1 or above)
Solid experience in data architecture design and technical leader
