For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
Where You'll Make a Difference* Lead and develop a team of Application Specialists and Technicians across Mexico and Colombia.* Drive the execution of customer projects,



ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.* Partner with Commercial teams to deliver innovative food ingredient solutions that support business growth.* Manage project pipelines, monitor win rates, and contribute to sales growth through strong technical leadership. What Makes You the Right Fit* Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field; MBA preferred.* Strong English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
