Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist Vertical: Sales Location: Remote - Philippines, Eastern Europe, and Latin America USD Salary: The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success processes, data, and technology to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth. This role serves as the operational backbone of the go-to-market function - owning CRM administration, pipeline analytics, process documentation, and tool optimization. The RevOps Specialist enables the sales team to operate more efficiently by ensuring data integrity, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
Own and administer the company's CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and user adoption.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance.




Manage and optimize the company's sales tech stack (CRM, engagement tools, enrichment platforms, etc.).
Support sales forecasting by maintaining accurate data models and pipeline hygiene standards.
Conduct regular audits of CRM data, lead routing, and reporting accuracy.
Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making on headcount, territory, and go-to-market strategy.
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) including administration, workflow building, and reporting.
~ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with data analysis and building dashboards.
~ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
~ Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
