We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and evolve production web systems with strong ownership across frontend and backend services. You will help shape technical design, improve reliability and performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver accessible experiences. Responsibilities Design full-stack solutions that ship reliably to production Build Type Script and React UI features with accessible patterns and solid state management Implement backend services using Kotlin on the JVM and shared platform libraries where appropriate Define and maintain service interfaces using g RPC/protobuf and REST endpoints Model and optimize data in Dynamo DB and Postgre SQL to support product features Improve performance across browser runtime, service latency, and data access paths Ensure quality with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and clear release criteria Operate effectively within AWS, containers, and CI/CD workflows to deliver changes safely Evaluate trade-offs for caching, queues, and eventual consistency in distributed systems Lead technical design discussions and drive cross-team alignment on architecture Troubleshoot production issues and implement pragmatic fixes and preventative measures Requirements3+ years full-stack web engineering experience shipping production systems Strong Type Script experience with a modern component framework (React preferred)Strong JVM backend proficiency with Kotlin or Java, or Type Script for shared platform libraries Strong API development skills with g RPC + protobuf, plus HTTP and RESTStrong database skills with Dynamo DB and Postgre SQL,
