Maintain a safe, organized, and professional working environmen t.Preferred Qualificati onsBachelor's Degree (Título Universitario and/or Cédula Cualificado) in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant Management, or a related f ield. Previous supervisory or management experience within the hospitality indu stry. Experience in hotel operations, Front Office, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, or Restaurant Manage ment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving sk ills. Experience working with hotel management systems (PMS) is prefe rred. Excellent organizational and customer service abili ties.
