Champion a culture of safety, integrity, quality, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.
Drive manufacturing performance to achieve customer commitments, production targets, quality objectives, and on-time delivery goals across domestic, international, and intercompany operations.
Develop and execute operational plans that optimize capacity, scheduling, resource allocation, and manufacturing efficiency.
Partner with commercial, customer service, engineering, and global functional teams to resolve customer challenges and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Own the site's profit and loss performance, including the development and execution of annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts,



and cost improvement initiatives.
Drive productivity, profitability, and sustainable cost competitiveness through effective manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and resource management strategies.
Monitor operational and financial performance metrics and implement actions that support growth, margin improvement, and business objectives.
Lead continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other problem-solving methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer value.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and workplace safety programs.
Drive improvements in quality performance, inventory accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply chain effectiveness.
