About Finances Demystified
Finances Demystified runs Women in Wealth, a year-long financial education program for members in the United States. Members learn options strategies, long-term investing, financial health, legacy planning, and the mindset work that holds it all together. Our members are mostly women building wealth for the first time in their families.
About the role
Client Success Managers keep members moving through the program. After our onboarding team welcomes a new member, you connect with her early in her first month and stay with her through the year. You are not doing it alone. You work alongside our customer support, tech support, and education teams.
Your job is to make sure nobody gets lost. You keep track of who is active, who has gone inactive, and who has stopped responding, and you reach out before a quiet stretch turns into someone giving up. When a member is discouraged or behind, you are the one who gets her moving again. When a question falls outside your lane, you route it to the right person on the team.
This is a full-time role,



and most of your day is spent on member calls over Google Meet.
This is not a financial advice role. You will not analyze trades or tell anyone what to do with their money. But the people who do this job best genuinely love the subject.
What you will do
- Run your first call with each new member and set expectations for the year
- Hold regular check-in calls with your members
- Track who is active, inactive, or unresponsive
- Reach out early when a member goes quiet
- Keep members connected to the community and live sessions
- Route financial, technical, and billing questions to the right team

What this role is not
We want to be direct about this, because it matters.
- You will not give trading advice or recommend stocks, funds, or investments
- You will not answer technical investing questions
- You will not give tax, legal, or personalized financial advice
- You will not coach one on one outside scheduled
