Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading production operations within manufacturing environments as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Superintendent, or Production Supervisor. Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (SMT) or the Automotive Industry. Strong knowledge of production management, workforce planning, and shop floor execution. Experience implementing and sustaining 5 S, Layered Process Audits (LPAs), and Standardized Work. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving and team development. Experience managing performance through operational KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a integral environment. Preferred Experience Experience leading high-volume manufacturing operations. Background in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven success leading supervisors, team leaders, and cross-functional production teams.
