Manage complex master data request queues (Customer, Vendor, Material/Part master).Perform continuous data scrubbing, deduplication, and mass maintenance routines.Enforce data governance standards and recommend process optimization opportunities.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide lower-level agents and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Advanced / Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) or high school diploma.Up to 2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or ERP data governance.Advanced skills in SAP (or similar ERP systems), Power BI and MS Excel.Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and communication skills.
