We are looking for a senior Front Office leader to shape financial performance and business decision-making across South America. This is a high-impact regional role for a leader who brings deep P&L; expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to turn complex financial insights into clear actions that accelerate profitable growth. As Finance Team Lead, you will lead a team of approximately 10 professionals and act as a trusted advisor to regional CFOs, Commercial Controllers, and commercial leaders. You will connect regional priorities with Schneider Electric's global finance agenda, influence senior stakeholders, and create the clarity, focus, and environment the team needs to deliver at its best—without compromising engagement. What You Will Do Lead the regional finance agenda: Own end-to-end financial performance management for South America's commercial operations, ensuring P&L; quality and visibility across revenue, margins, costs, operating expenses, and profitability. Shape business decisions: Partner with CFOs, Commercial Controllers, and commercial leadership to translate financial and operational insights into clear recommendations, strategic choices, and actions that improve profitable growth. Drive performance: Lead forecasting, planning, year-over-year and variance analysis, performance reviews, and the identification of risks and opportunities. Lead and develop talent: Coach and empower a team of approximately 10 professionals, building capability, accountability, collaboration, and a sustainable high-performance culture. Set priorities and manage demand: Evaluate competing regional requests based on strategic value, urgency, risk, and capacity; and align stakeholders on commitments. Influence across the organization: Build trusted relationships with senior regional stakeholders and Schneider Electric's global teams, aligning priorities and navigating a complex matrix environment. Advance finance excellence: Strengthen governance, standardization, digital adoption, and continuous improvement across finance processes and platforms, including SAP, EPM, and DFL. AI-Driven Finance Transformation: Champion AI adoption across the organization by embedding Copilot into core finance workflows, systematically automating repetitive activities, enhancing analytical capacity, and enabling the team to focus on strategic decision-making, business partnering, and value creation. What Will Make You Successful A commercially minded finance leader who combines strategic perspective with disciplined execution. Executive presence and credibility to challenge, influence, and advise CFO-level and senior business stakeholders. Strong analytical judgment,
with the ability to simplify complexity and turn data into decisions. The ability to set direction, make thoughtful trade-offs, and keep the team focused on the priorities that create the greatest business value. An empowering and inclusive leadership style that builds trust, develops talent, and sustains engagement and well-being through change and peak workload periods. A collaborative, integral mindset and the confidence to operate effectively across countries, functions, and cultures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. More than 7 years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, FP&A;, Financial Planning, Project Controlling, Commercial Controlling, Finance Performance, or a related discipline. Deep understanding of P&L; management and business performance, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, costs, profitability, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance indicators. Proven experience partnering with and presenting recommendations to senior business and finance leaders. Strong command of SAP and financial planning and reporting platforms. Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous people-management experience, ideally leading finance, commercial controlling, FP&A;, or business performance teams. Track record of developing talent and leading teams through transformation or periods of significant business demand. Experience supporting multi-country operations within a multinational, matrixed organization. Experience working directly with CFOs, Commercial Controllers, and executive leadership teams.
