We are looking for a Lead Dev Ops Engineer to define the technical vision, drive automation strategy, and lead the operation of cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines for secure authentication services. You will guide a team of Dev Ops engineers, set engineering standards, and partner with engineering, architecture, and security leadership to elevate reliability, scalability, and release velocity. Apply now to make a measurable impact at scale!Responsibilities Own the architecture and technical roadmap for scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure supporting OTP services Lead the automation strategy for deployment, monitoring, and management of. NET applications in Windows environments Define standards and best practices for CI/CD pipelines across. NET applications using tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or Git Hub Actions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Dev Ops engineers, conducting code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business goals and ensure seamless delivery of OTP solutions Establish observability, SLO/SLI frameworks, and incident management practices to ensure OTP services remain highly available and reliable Drive the adoption and governance of infrastructure as code (Ia C) using tools like AWS Cloud Formation, Terraform, or similar Oversee Windows server fleet management, including configuration, patching, hardening, and lifecycle strategy Champion compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements for authentication systems, and lead audits and remediation efforts Establish and maintain documentation standards for infrastructure,
deployment processes, and operational procedures Lead on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of production systems and processes Evaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and processes to continuously improve engineering efficiency and platform reliability Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on AWS,. NET, and Windows environments1+ years of proven experience leading teams or technical initiatives Expert-level hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Cloud Watch, etc.) and cloud architecture design Deep expertise in deploying and managing. NET applications on Windows servers at scale Extensive experience designing and governing CI/CD ecosystems (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar)Advanced understanding of infrastructure as code (Ia C) principles, patterns, and tools (Cloud Formation, Terraform), including reusable module design and governance Strong scripting and automation skills in Power Shell, Bash, or Python Proven experience defining observability strategies with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Cloud Watch, ELK Stack,
etc.)In-depth knowledge of security best practices for authentication and identity management systems Demonstrated ability to lead complex incidents, root-cause analyses, and cross-team technical decisions Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills Nice to have Hands-on experience architecting solutions for OTP, MFA, or authentication systems Experience leading containerization initiatives (Docker, Kubernetes) in Windows environments Advanced knowledge of networking, firewalls, and load balancers in AWSExperience establishing automated testing and deployment strategies for.
