We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise GCP cloud infrastructure and pipeline initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver reliable outcomes at scale. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder visibility across time zones. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline initiatives Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to align teams and priorities Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver program objectives on time Manage schedules, resources, and delivery plans while adapting to changing constraints Drive risk, issue, and dependency management with clear mitigation and escalation paths Oversee infrastructure rollout readiness to meet reliability, performance, and quality expectations Communicate program status, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders through regular reporting Facilitate cross-time-zone collaboration and support PST-aligned activities as needed Ensure delivery governance and execution discipline across cloud modernization work Align Dev Ops and Ia C execution plans with program goals and operational requirements Support continuous improvement of program processes to increase predictability and throughput Requirements3+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programs Proven leadership experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones Strong project planning skills across scope, schedule, dependencies, and resourcing Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
