Key Responsibilities: Provide Production Support for Java applications. Perform Application Support and troubleshoot technical issues. Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions. Support application releases and deployment activities. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues. Work with SQL, UNIX, and Linux environments. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure application stability and continuous support. Technical Skills Required: With 5–7 years of experience in Java Support, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:
