Your Tasks

MES concept creation through implementation on new equipment including optimization of installed processes.

Ensure OEE, technical availability, quality rate for internal/customer run at rates, including series process stabilization.

Planning, procurement, and series introduction of production equipment with the specified budget/timing and technical specifications.

Creating rough and detailed manufacturing concepts; testing the reuse of operating resources; conducting Prokon workshops; and drafting specifications.

Concepts development of PT indicators. Assessment and implementation of technical changes in the context of customer projects and series support.

Conception, testing and realization of technologies for seat production: Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining.

Application of quality assurance methods (Poka Yoke, P-FMEA, capability, etc.).

Your Profile

3-5 years of experience in similar position.

Knowledge of manufacturing technologies is highly valued (Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining).

Experience in procurement of production equipment.
