We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to translate UX and visual direction into production-ready UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine. You will align flows, interaction behavior, navigation rules, and component standards with engineering and UI art to ship reliably across platforms and input methods. Responsibilities Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features; deliver clear, implementation-ready specifications Design and maintain a scalable UI component system, including patterns, components, variants, and states that enable consistent implementation Document detailed behavior rules for navigation/focus order, back behavior, input handling expectations, error/empty/loading states, and edge cases Collaborate daily with client engineers and UI artists to keep designs feasible, performant, and consistent in-engine Review implementations to support iteration and polish, provide actionable feedback, and adjust designs based on technical constraints and playtest/QA findings Requirements Proven track record with 3+ years of experience, strong UI/UX fundamentals, and shipped digital products or game UIExpert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, reusable libraries, and handoff-ready documentation Demonstrated ability to produce implementation-ready documentation such as annotated layouts, interaction notes, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria Working knowledge of UMG concepts, including layout, anchors, scaling, and widget states/animations,
