Grow your career in a global aerospace company with international exposure. Build strategic relationships with key clients across Latin America. About our client International company within the aerospace and aviation industry, with operations in Mexico and a general presence. The company provides specialized customer support, maintenance and MRO services, working with strategic B2 B, institutional and government customers. Description Manage and develop key customer accounts across Latin America, with particular exposure to government, institutional and military customers. Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Build and maintain long-term B2 B customer relationships. Prepare commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations and contract management. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Promote service solutions and long-term support programs. Monitor contract performance and profitability. Coordinate customer requirements with international and corporate teams. Support the development of aftermarket, maintenance and MRO services. Manage customer requirements and projects from end to end, coordinating with different internal stakeholders.
Visit customers and operational sites across the region as required. Combine a strong Customer Support mindset with a Business Development approach to further develop existing accounts. Candidate Profile A successful Customer Support Manager should have: Bachelor's degree completed. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within B2 B services, Customer Support, Account Management or a related function. Strong experience managing and developing B2 B customer accounts. Proven experience in contract negotiation and/or contract management. Previous exposure to government, institutional or military accounts is highly valued. Advanced English is essential. High degree of autonomy, ownership and decision-making ability. Availability to travel and visit customers. Valid driver's license. Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, MRO, manufacturing or related industries is desirable. Knowledge of MRO processes and long-term service contracts is an advantage. Experience working within a multinational environment is desirable. Portuguese and/or French would be considered a plus.
