One Mobility Group is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for its location in Mexico (Comonfort, Guanajuato). You will manage customer communications, process data via PDF/EDI/portals, and update SAP with demand and orders. You will generate shipping plans, coordinate with the Warehouse, monitor deliveries, and handle post-shipment documents.
Strong SAP, Excel, and English skills required. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience, with
