nVent is seeking an HRBP to lead all HR processes including performance management, career development, and employee relations for our Reynosa operations. You will mentor leaders, support payroll and time attendance, and drive strategic HR initiatives to strengthen our culture.
Idóneo candidates have 3+ years as HRBP/HR Generalist, experience with Workday and labor law compliance, and strong MS Office skills. English proficiency is a plus in our manufacturing setting.
