Vishay Intertechnology seeks a Supervisor Manufacturing to oversee production lines at our Chihuahua plant. You will ensure adherence to production plans, supervise operators, and coordinate with maintenance to keep outputs efficient.
Responsibilities include leading teams, solving process issues quickly, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across front-end processes. Experience with CNC/SPS programming is a plus and communication across teams is valued.
