We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to shape automation strategy and quality practices for a large-scale game development lifecycle. You will lead a small technical QA team, expand automated coverage, and partner with engineers to resolve complex issues.ResponsibilitiesDefine test strategy and test plans across the full development lifecycleLead automation direction and prioritize technical objectives to meet quality goalsBuild and extend automated test suites using existing frameworks and toolingMaintain and improve test automation framework architecture for scalability and reliabilityExecute and oversee regression cycles, including targeted manual playthroughsDrive defect triage and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issuesAlign with production and engineering on technical requirements and quality risksCommunicate findings as clear, actionable insights to keep delivery on trackCoach and mentor a small QA team on tools, standards, and best practicesRequirements3+ years of professional experience in software testing2+ years of hands-on experience in automated testing and/or scriptingStrong C++ proficiency for test automation and technical troubleshootingHands-on experience with Appium, Selenium,
