JOB SUMMARY As the Leader of Internal Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of internal telemarketing and sales professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your team, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic direction to ensure that all sales targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met or exceeded.
You will manage day-to-day telemarketing operations, monitor team performance through Salesforce CRM, and develop sales strategies, training materials, and performance improvement plans. As a leader at Radwell International, you will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer‑first thinking while collaborating with senior management, marketing, and operations to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include a wide range of hands‑on activities to oversee and manage internal telemarketing and sales operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage a team of internal telemarketing and sales professionals.
Provide excellent, direct service to a portfolio of key clients.
Manage day-to-day telemarketing operations with precision and efficiency.
Ensure all outbound and inbound sales activities align with Radwell International's business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic direction.
Monitor team performance, track leads, manage pipelines, and generate actionable reports using Salesforce CRM.
Develop and implement sales scripts, training materials, and performance improvement plans tailored to the needs of the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual and team KPIs.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer‑first thinking.
Monitor sales targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks to ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
Provide coaching and mentoring to develop high-performing sales professionals.
Identify, assess, and resolve issues quickly and calmly through effective crisis management and conflict resolution.
Collaborate closely with senior management, marketing,



and operations teams to align internal sales strategies with broader organizational goals.
Leverage sales metrics and data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
Develop and deliver sales training programs, scripts, and onboarding materials.
Support customer retention and overall business performance through exceptional customer service and effective sales leadership.
Other sales leadership tasks, daily reports, and special projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team of 3 - 7 Inside Sales Representatives.
METRICS Productivity is determined by achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, team KPIs, performance improvement, pipeline management, and completion of assigned projects within established timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS Bilingual proficiency with the ability to conduct professional and persuasive conversations in two languages
Ability to lead and develop a high‑performing internal sales team
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and team members simultaneously
Multitasking ability.
Ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues quickly and calmly
Ability to remain composed, persuasive, and solution‑oriented under pressure
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross‑functional teams
Valid visa to travel to the United States as required for business purposes
Must be willing and able to travel to the United States for training, meetings, or business development purposes as required
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, reporting, and team performance tracking
Proven telemarketing operations management skills with the ability to oversee and optimize outbound and inbound sales activities
Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team development skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management




Analytical and data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business productivity tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 3-Year Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of direct experience managing telemarketing teams in a structured sales environment.
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience using Salesforce CRM for sales tracking, reporting, and team management.
5 to 7 years of overall professional experience in sales, telemarketing, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience setting and managing KPIs, sales targets, and performance improvement plans for sales teams.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals in a telemarketing or internal sales environment.
Experience developing and delivering sales training programs, scripts, and onboarding materials.
Experience working in a bilingual or multilingual professional environment.
Background in industrial, electronics, or B2B sales environments is considered a strong asset.
Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Demonstrated experience in crisis management and conflict resolution within a team setting.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Sitting, reaching, frequent walking, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY Probationary Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
Monthly reviews – All staff members will be evaluated on the performance of their duties, which are measured by individual goals.
Annual Reviews – All staff members will receive an annual review approximately in January of every year, which details the employee’s performance and attitude during the year. This review may result in an increase in pay.
WORK SCHEDULE The work hours will be dependent upon what is necessary to support, manage, and achieve the goals and necessary productivity levels of the subordinate staffs. Normal working hours of staff members will be Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with half an hour for lunch. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted in accordance with company policy.
