Hematology Brand Manager Overview: Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and implement a multi-channel strategy to maximize product impact.
Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial, Medical, etc.) to ensure alignment of tactics and strategies.
Manage allocated budgets for marketing campaigns and commercial activities.
Monitor product performance using key metrics and make strategic adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulations and promotional engagement guidelines in all marketing and commercial activities.
Qualifications: 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably as a Brand Manager (desirable).
Previous experience in sales or as a Sales Representative (desirable).
Strong knowledge of strategic planning, brand positioning, market segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Proficiency in digital tools and software (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills & Competencies: Experience in launching new products.
Knowledge of the therapeutic area.
Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks to enhance the customer experience.
