The Sales Supervisor leads and supports a team of sales professionals promoting and sellingGlobalNow Tech's anti-theft solutions, including GPS trackers, immobilizers, and recovery systems.The role drives revenue growth through performance management, coaching, and customerengagement strategies, and requires a deep understanding of the product line and the competitivelandscape.

Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Train, mentor, and onboard new sales representatives on product knowledge and salesstrategies.

Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and develop improvement plans asneeded.

Support the team in managing B2B and B2C relationships, including dealerships, fleets, andretail customers.

Resolve escalated customer inquiries, concerns, and complex sales issues promptly andprofessionally.

Uphold exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction throughout the salesprocess.

Requirements Monitor sales activity and pipeline metrics, and forecast performance trends.

Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and market insights.





Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and achieve business goals.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all anti-theft products, including features, benefits, andcompetitive differentiators

Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings.

Assist with product launches, demos, and technical training sessions for clients and staff.

Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Adaptable across job functions and quick to learn new procedures

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively with external vendors, including fee verification

Proficiency with internal and external operating systems

Familiarity with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic SQL

Monthly Bonus: $1,000 dollars based on performance.

Salary : $6,000 weekly tax free
