Schedule: 7am to 6pm Monday - Friday

Your Mission as a Network Engineer III Lead and participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network hardware, software, communications links, and routing protocols.
Plan, design, and develop LANs, WANs, VPNs, and network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access control.
Monitor, analyze, and resolve advanced network hardware and software problems.
Connect, operate, and monitor network systems.
Partner closely with data center, operations, and technical teams.
Design, create, and maintain physical and logical network documentation covering VLANs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
Improve network and telecommunications options for remote communications.
Create and optimize internal network and infrastructure processes.
Assist Level I and Level II engineers with complex connectivity issues.
Guide or assist other engineers during communications-hardware installations.
Support major equipment repairs when needed.
Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
Education and Experience Ten years of experience in a networking field.
An information technology degree is preferred.
Preferred Certifications and Knowledge Fortinet certifications
Cisco Meraki certifications
A+ certification
OEM equipment certifications
Familiarity with ASTEA
