YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our [Department/Team] in [Location]. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting Safety, Production, Quality, and On-Time Delivery objectives. You’ll lead production personnel, monitor operational performance, ensure compliance with safety and 5S requirements, and follow up on quality and equipment issues. This is an opportunity to support safe and efficient production while maintaining product quality, team discipline, and delivery objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN Ensure production targets and on-time delivery objectives are met.
Prepare overtime request forms and coordinate necessary shift changes.
Attend meetings to review supervisors’ metrics and follow up on assigned actions.
Participate in safety training sessions, review risk analyses, and conduct safety talks (Toolbox Talks).
Comply with all safety requirements and participate in accident prevention initiatives.
Follow up on quality rejections, develop action plans, and ensure product quality.
Ensure compliance with 5S standards within the area.
Enter production data into the M3 system and report equipment failures.
Manage performance evaluations and monitor employee attendance and permissions.
Generate personnel requisitions based on the needs of the area.
Maintain team discipline and issue disciplinary notices when required.
Implement and carry out any activities assigned by the manager.

TU IMPACTO COMIENZA AQUÍ Buscamos un Supervisor de Producción para formar parte de nuestro equipo de [Departamento/Equipo] en [Ubicación]. En esta posición serás responsable de cumplir los objetivos de Seguridad, Producción, Calidad y Entrega a Tiempo. Liderarás al personal de producción, supervisarás el desempeño operativo, asegurarás el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad y 5S, y darás seguimiento a los problemas de calidad y equipos.
LO QUE CONSTRUIRÁS Y GESTIONARÁS Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción y entrega a tiempo.
Preparar los formatos de solicitud de tiempo extra y coordinar los cambios de turno necesarios.
Asistir a reuniones para revisar las métricas de los supervisores y dar seguimiento a las acciones asignadas.
Participar en capacitaciones de seguridad,



revisar análisis de riesgos y realizar pláticas de seguridad (Toolbox Talks).
Cumplir con todos los requisitos de seguridad y participar en iniciativas de prevención de accidentes.
Dar seguimiento a los rechazos de calidad, desarrollar planes de acción y asegurar la calidad del producto.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares 5S dentro del área.
Capturar los datos de producción en el sistema M3 y reportar fallas de los equipos.
Administrar las evaluaciones de desempeño y supervisar la asistencia y los permisos del personal.
Generar requisiciones de personal de acuerdo con las necesidades del área.
Mantener la disciplina del equipo y emitir avisos disciplinarios cuando sea necesario.
Implementar y realizar las actividades asignadas por el gerente.
