Job Description Breve descripción del puesto Buscamos un auxiliar contable que apoye al departamento de cuentas por pagar gestionando las tareas contables diarias. El objetivo es contribuir al funcionamiento productivo general del área y ayudar a la empresa a ser transparente de la situación financiera.
Responsibilities Contabilizar facturas y procesar asientos de diario para garantizar que se registren todas las transacciones correspondientes.
Actualizar las cuentas por pagar y posteo de facturas
Realizar conciliaciones correspondientes al área.
Asistir en el procesamiento de balances contables
Asistir con la revisión de gastos, revisión de impuestos, etc., según lo asignado.
Actualizar los datos financieros en las bases de datos para garantizar que la información sea precisa y esté disponible de inmediato cuando sea necesario
Preparar y enviar informes semanales y mensuales
Ayudar a contables sénior en la preparación de cierres mensuales/anuales
Ayudar con otras tareas de contabilidad (contabilidad/cuentas por cobrar)
Requisitos Experiencia como auxiliar contable, becario, asistente en contabilidad.




Excelentes habilidades organizativas atención a cliente Buena comprensión de los principios y prácticas de contabilidad y de informes financieros conocimiento de MS Office y familiaridad con software informático BAAN
Estudios en Contabilidad, Finanzas o un campo administrativo-financiero.
