Rockwell Automation seeks a Customer Success Renewals Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure renewal of support contracts on time. You will use Salesforce to manage opportunities, quote customers, and collaborate with Sales and Channel teams.
Based in a hybrid role across North America, you will reduce renewal friction, forecast risk, and support renewal execution with contract teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in renewals or customer success are required.
