In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.
At least 3 years in a similar role in a digital or content agency.
Ability to work with large volume of data; create and communicate insights by analyzing data from variety of sources, both quantitative and qualitative;
Knowledge of digital metrics. Social Media and visualization tools (Preferably Brandwatch, SocialBakers-Emplifi, Meta for business, creator studio,



TikTok, Twitter Ads, Youtube Analytics, Google Data Studio)
Experience with social listening and social media campaign performance analysis (creative assets, platforms and social listening learnings)
Intermediate-advanced English (written).
Team collaboration to feed the marketing team with insights from client's own social accounts and social listening.
Build campaign weekly/monthly/flash reports, using Data Studio, google slides and sheets.
Database management (download and data cleaning/actualization)
Cross-analysis and learning generation.
