About Unlimit
Unlimit is a general fintech ecosystem built to eliminate financial borders holding businesses back. The company provides the extensive infrastructure needed to scale globally, integrating payment processing, multi-currency business accounts, BaaS and crypto gateways into a single, intelligent platform.
Across 17 offices globally, Unlimit bridges hyper-local expertise with a high-capacity financial network, giving companies the agility to expand across regions with operational confidence and speed. Driving the evolution of payments, Unlimit is transforming its infrastructure from human-operated fintech into AI-native financial infrastructure — where APIs are consumed by machines, integrations are negotiated by agents, and systems evolve continuously through intelligent automation. Our next users are not only humans. They are AI agents acting on behalf of humans and businesses.
Unlimit serves more than the needs of businesses today; we are building the nervous system for a borderless global economy. About the Role

You own the path from signed contract to first live transaction.
A merchant signs. Then someone has to read their stack, answer their API questions, debug their callbacks at 3pm on a Tuesday, fix what's broken on our side, and keep the whole thing moving until money is flowing and the approval rate looks right. That someone is you.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not a coordination role. You will read logs, reproduce issues in sandbox, write the corrected request for the merchant's developer, and ship fixes in our own services when the root cause is ours. Project management is a means here, not the job.
We are growing the Implementation team in the region, so you will also help define how this works: the tooling, the reusable answers, the escalation paths, and the documentation that stops the same question from being asked twice.
How Success Is Measured
One metric, three dimensions: integrations moved from signed to live transacting.
