What You'll De Doing
Guest Connection

Warmly greet and farewell guests,assistingwith luggage, transportation, and parking.

Escort guests to rooms, introducing resort amenities and services with confidence and clarity.

Provideaccurateinformation and thoughtful recommendations on local wellness, culture, and adventure experiences.

Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their comfort and convenience at every stage.

Operational Excellence

Safely handle guest luggage, packages, and special belongings with care and discretion.

Maintain an orderly,



polished atmosphere in lobby and public areas.

Team & Culture

Collaborate with Front Office and Conciergeto deliver seamless guest journeys.

Work steadily and reliably in both predictable and peak periods..

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation

Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.

Fluent in English

Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:

Constant standing and walking throughout shift

Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting

Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
