Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Systems Lead to own and improve core business operations across bookings, clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. The adecuado candidate combines strong operational experience with demonstrated ability to analyze processes, structure improvements, and implement scalable workflows. A significant part of the role will involve identifying where automation and AI can execute, improve, or fully transform operational processes. The candidate does not need to be a software developer, but must have enough technical fluency to
understand workflow automation, define business requirements, and work effectively with developers and automation specialists.
