Mama Shelter Mexico City in La Roma is seeking a Security Lead to ensure guest and team safety around the hotel and rooftop. You will recruit, train, lead and coordinate the Security team, acting as the calm in the chaos and ensuring the house stays safe day and night.
Design and roll out safety, fire and emergency procedures, de-escalate when needed, and maintain access control, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting while keeping the vibe alive and guests at ease.
