The role covers second-level support and testing across functional, regression, and integration scenarios, with emphasis on Mexico Brokerage processes.
The idóneo candidate has strong QA experience, familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps/ServiceNow/HP ALM, and advanced English and Spanish communication.
