Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Lead, HR System Design in Mexico City to own hands-on configuration, maintenance and improvement of HR tech platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom apps. You will partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR solutions and manage SDLC activities.
Idóneo candidates will have 6+ years in HR tech, 2+ years with SAP SF configuration, and strong ability to translate business needs into system configurations while supporting releases
