PepsiCo LATAM is seeking an LATAM OPEX Productivity Manager to improve cost competitiveness by accelerating productivity across Make, Move, Sell and G&A.; You will partner with OU, Finance and Supply Chain to identify opportunities, mitigate inflation and enable sustainable year-over-year P&L; improvement.
Your role includes leading regional benchmarking, building a robust productivity pipeline, and ensuring clear governance and executive reporting across multiple countries and functions.
