We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Researcher to strengthen the UX research practice at Hotel Corporation across key digital product teams. You will split your time between the Sales/Meetings and Events team and the Search team, guiding research from planning through synthesis and sharing clear insights to shape product decisions.ResponsibilitiesPlan and run complex qualitative and quantitative research with guests, members, owners, and colleagues to support multiple product teamsOwn research insight stewardship by centralizing findings and sharing them with relevant teams and groupsIntroduce cutting-edge research techniques that match product team needsAlign research goals with product teams and stakeholders in line with product and business roadmapsConduct usability testing to validate experiences and uncover issuesUphold a commitment to the client's core valuesRequirementsHands-on experience of 3+ years as a user experience researcherDemonstrated experience with digital web, mobile web, and native app research, with B2C research preferredDeep expertise in interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and unmoderated user experience research techniques aligned to clear research goalsSolid skills in research design, facilitation,
