## Sustainability Program Manager LATAMMexico City,Mexico City,MexicoFind out how well you match with this jobJob ID: 791103## Join our Team**About this opportunity**The **Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility (SCR) Program Manager** for Latin America will help position Ericsson as a trusted sustainability leader by translating strategy into impactful programs. This role will work closely with customers, senior leaders, Customer Units, governments, industry organizations, educational institutions and communities to advance climate action, digital inclusion and broader sustainability initiatives throughout the region. The successful candidate will combine strong sustainability expertise with program management and executive communication. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes that support Ericsson’s sustainability ambitions across Latin America.**What you will do*** Develop and deploy Ericsson’s SCR strategy by designing and executing sustainability, digital inclusion, and corporate responsibility programs with customers, governments, educational institutions, and communities.* Lead customer-facing sustainability engagements that enable customers to achieve climate action, digital inclusion, and corporate responsibility goals, with clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.* Engage and inform employees about Ericsson’s sustainability strategy and support employee resource groups (e.g., the Americas Sustainability Council) and coordinate volunteer initiatives.* Represent Ericsson in relevant sustainability and technology forums, coalitions,



and industry groups through participation in public speaking engagements at conferences and industry events.* Advance Ericsson’s Humanitarian Relief strategy in LATAM by coordinating Ericsson Response deployments and executing the humanitarian relief donation strategy.**The skills you bring*** 8 years of professional experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility, social impact, business management, marketing/communications, STEM, and telecommunications, or a related field.* Proven project management expertise across project planning, stakeholder engagement, end-to-end execution, risk management, and impact measurement.* Strong AI literacy and expertise in applying AI tools for data analysis, research and reporting, stakeholder communications, and risk/opportunity identification, grounded in validation and subject expertise.* Experience engaging internal and external stakeholders to build trust-based relationships, with a proven ability to drive change and influence outcomes.* Native/fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.**Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you ́ll have an outstanding opportunity.
