Paycom - ATS in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks an Import/Export Compliance & Cross-Border Logistics Specialist to lead US-Mexico movement of chemicals, polymers, and finished goods. You will ensure compliance with US and Mexican regulations and optimize cost, reliability, and supply continuity.
The role requires deep knowledge of HTS, origin determinations, and duties under USMCA, plus hazardous materials transport rules. A bachelor’s degree and 7–15 years in the field are expected.
