What You'll Do
- Deliver client presentations — Prepare and execute bilingual (Spanish/English) EAP service presentations for new client launches, ensuring clients understand wellness, legal, financial, and nutritional benefits.
- Build utilization reports — Create usage analytics and performance dashboards that help Account Managers demonstrate ROI and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Coordinate account launches & events — Support onboarding of new EAP clients; manage logistics, marketing materials, and attendance at 1–4 client fairs per week during peak seasons (May, September, October).
- Manage client data & communications — Maintain client information in company systems; distribute marketing and service materials that reinforce TELUS Health's value.
- Execute strategic priorities — Follow up on account management tasks, respond to commercial updates, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
- Foster cross-functional teamwork — Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, internal teams, and external clients to ensure continuous,



high-touch support.

What You Bring
Must-Have
- Junior profile: Less than 2 years in a similar account support, customer service, or client-facing role.
- Bilingual fluency: Native or near-native Spanish + Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+). You'll present in both languages—English proficiency is non-negotiable.
- Microsoft Office mastery: Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis) and strong PowerPoint. Word proficiency required.
- Organizational excellence: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks, track details, and deliver high-quality work consistently on tight timelines.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Presentation confidence: Comfortable preparing and delivering bilingual presentations to clients in professional settings.
