If we have control over it, we own it. Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, remote role, responsible for driving new patient and partner growth for MOTION RX. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies leads through outbound and inbound outreach, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person community engagement. The SDR will follow up with prospects, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track pipeline activity and conversion. The SDR will also participate in local events, build relationships with gyms, sports teams, and community organizations, and provide clear, professional communication to ensure a positive first impression of MOTION RX.

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients.
